EOL’s management team is comprised of information technologists, integration experts and business entrepreneurs with backgrounds in human resources, information technology, HRMS systems as well as sales and marketing.

Paul Meixler, Chief Architect

For the past 15 years, Paul has been working up the concept of an employee-centric service web-based delivery model. As a senior consultant with Peat, Marwick, and Mitchell and Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Paul gained an appreciation and understanding of the complexities of HR administration and data warehousing. He provided technical systems consulting in all areas of human resources, from a single specialty area (e.g., 401(k), retirement benefits, compensation) to an integrated, global HR administration system.

A shifting paradigm of personalization and access along with the web services agreement between Microsoft and IBM, provided the right environment for the creation of Employee Online. With an offshore operation in India and a technology group in the US, Paul founded Employee Online in 2001. Paul is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer on human resource technologies. He received a MS from the University of Massachusetts.

Irene Graham, CEO

Irene joined Employee Online in 2001. Prior to joining EOL, Irene was Director of Business Development for Fidelity Investments Benefits Outsourcing Business in Marlborough, MA and was Director of Product Development for Watson Wyatt Worldwide’s Boston office. In both positions, Irene was involved in the strategy and product development for mid-market benefits outsourcing

Irene has also held management positions at Sun Life of Canada and John Hancock where she worked with business units that focused on benefits design, marketing and product development. Irene has conducted seminars and participated on panels dealing with strategic benefits delivery, managing disabilities and organizational effectiveness. She has taught graduate courses at Lesley College and University of Massachusetts graduate programs on organizational change and benefits delivery. Irene has an MA from Harvard University and a BA from University of California, Berkeley.

Rajeeva Kumar Parasar, Senior VP Offshore Relations (Bangalore, India)

Rajeeva has over 12 years of experience in the computer software and communication industries. His main strengths have been in providing consulting solutions to the large business and technology companies and in establishing long-term business relationship with them. Rajeeva has experience in all facets of the software industry including Executive Management, Sales, R&D, Quality, Project Management, System Analysis and design, and Information Strategy Planning. He has worked extensively with the customers in the US, Canada and India. He has a consistent record of innovation and implementation, and is regarded as a pragmatic and result oriented practitioner.

Rajeeva is the founder and CEO of Tricon Infotech, a software development and solutions company based at Bangalore, India since 1997. He is responsible for the over all Planning, Organizational Management, Finance and Production operations. Rajeeva completed his Bachelor of Technology at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, INDIA.

Nan Smith, Director of web technology

Nan joined EOL in 2002 to provide web design and development services to Employee Online. She has extensive experience working with e-companies as well as those who market and sell e-products to traditional businesses. Nan has taught global business strategy to undergraduate and graduate students at Bentley College. She received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College and her MBA from Bentley College.

Nancy Pendergast, Vice President Operations

Nancy Pendergast is Vice President Operations, for Employee Online. A technical business leader and an HRIS / payroll professional with a portfolio of accomplishment in technology-based solutions design and deployment, Nancy delivers significant dollar savings to her clients by applying process consolidation and technology approaches. Her background will enable her to bring technology solutions previously available only to the large market, to smaller growing organizations.

Prior to joining Employee Online, Nancy was a Senior Consultant in the HR Technology practice of Watson Wyatt Worldwide, assisting Fortune 500 clients in the cost effective delivery of HR information and services to employees. With over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of flexible benefit and payroll systems, Nancy also spent several years developing and implementing corporate systems at Automatic Data Processing (ADP).

Nancy serves on the Editorial Staff of the "IHRIM.link", Board of Directors for the New England chapter of the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM). Nancy graduated cum laude with a B.S. in business administration from Nyack College, NY.

Bryan Rezucha, VP Information Technology

Bryan has over fifteen years of experience consulting on HRIS systems and databases. He has provided innovative solutions for HR issues related to People Soft and Oracle.

Karen Wellerson, Director Marketing Communications

Karen Wellerson is the Director Marketing Communications for Employee Online. She works with brokers and clients to educate and inform participants of the value of Employee Online's products and services. Her background in marketing and employee benefit communications helps motivate employees to make informed decisions about benefit coverage elections and career/life choice decisions.

Prior to joining Employee Online in 2001, Karen worked for Watson Wyatt Worldwide in both the Client Relations/Marketing and Employee Communications practices. Karen has educated media on new product launches, developed marketing and employee benefit communications strategies, implemented corporate re-branding strategy, created a wide variety of print collateral and spearheaded a corporate proposal redesign process.

Karen is an accredited public relations professional (APR) and has a Bachelors of Arts from Albright College and a Master's from Miami University (Ohio).
